Elves connect to a university’s student system and CRM using the access the university grants. Merta and its service providers process student data to run the agreed workflow. Results are written back into the workflow your team already uses.
Agreed access and use
Student data is used only under the access, retention and use rights agreed with each university in a written data agreement. Before a pilot, we share the service providers involved and where data is processed.

Visibility for your team
Messages, checks and handovers are logged against the applicant. Elves flag document evidence that looks unusual for your team to review, and interview scores support an admissions officer’s review.
