Cookie notice

You choose whether Merta uses analytics and advertising cookies.

Your choice

Optional measurement is off until you accept it. You can choose analytics and advertising separately, reject both and use the website as normal, or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. This preference storage is used only to remember your choice.

Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, report link clicks, clicks on Book a demo, form starts and successful enquiry submissions. A report click does not confirm that someone read the report. We use these measurements to understand which sources and content lead to enquiries.

Google receives browser and device information, approximate location, event times and a browser identifier. We send page paths and validated campaign labels, rather than full URL queries. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes or student records to Google Analytics. We do not enable Google advertising personalisation or Google signals.

The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and visits. We configure them to last up to six months, renewed during consented visits. After you accept analytics, we also keep the referring website, landing page and campaign labels in this tab’s session storage. If you submit an enquiry, we include that source information with your enquiry so we can understand how you found us. This does not identify an anonymous visitor by name.

Google may process data internationally. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google Analytics handles data.

Meta / Facebook measurement

Meta advertising measurement is not currently active.

If you accept advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel is enabled, it measures page visits, completed enquiry submissions and clicks on email contact links. A contact click does not tell us whether you sent an email or booked a meeting.

Meta may receive the page address, browser and device information, IP address, event time and advertising identifiers. This helps us measure and improve ads on Facebook and Instagram. We do not send enquiry text, student records or email addresses as event details, and we do not enable automatic advanced matching.

The Pixel may use the _fbp and _fbc cookies, typically for up to three months. Meta may associate these events with your Meta account or other information it holds, and process information internationally under its own policies.

Read Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Changing your choice

Rejecting optional cookies stops further measurement events from this site and removes the analytics and advertising cookies that this site can access, along with saved source information in this tab. It does not recall information already sent or source information attached to an earlier enquiry. You can also manage cookies in your browser.
